GENERAL IN-SERVICE TRAINING

The Training Institute is dedicated to strengthening youth and families through ongoing training and education of our staff along with other youth care agencies in our community and across the nation. 
At the Omaha Home for Boys all direct care staff attend an extensive Pre-Service Workshop when starting their position.  Additional trainings and workshops are continuously offered to provide ongoing support and education to meet the changing needs.  
  The Training Institute prides itself on providing quality training to youth care professionals. 
One of the greatest strengths of the Training Institute is our dedication to providing the right people with the right tools to make a difference for youth and families.
