Omaha Home for Boys

Dear Friends,

Your kind hearts always are open to our children, and we are grateful for your support.

With the holiday season upon us, your compassion and generosity are even more important to the success of the young men and women in our care.

Without you, the holidays would not be as joyous and bright for these children. Because of you, they are part of a family - either in one of our residential cottages, through our Jacobs' Place Transitional Living Program or the Branching Out Independent Living services.

Through all these programs, you bring our youth the home, family and most importantly, the hope they deserve.

Let me tell you about one of the young men you help. I'll call him "Shane". Shane's home life was falling apart at 16 years old. He began to fail in school and withdraw from his family and friends. When things finally started to reach a breaking point, Shane found his way to The Omaha Home for Boys.

Having the love and care of his House Parents and mentors, Shane was able to turn things around. Thanks to you and our many supporters, Shane's life is very different today following the help and guidance he received at The Home.

Please consider opening your hearts to our youth this Christmas and Holiday Season by sharing a gift with The Home.
