Cooper Memorial Farm Picnic Pavilion
The Cooper Farm Pavilion and Picnic Grounds are located on the highest point of Omaha Home for Boys’ Cooper Memorial Farm, located in the bucolic Missouri River valley hills, about three miles north of the Omaha Home for Boys campus. Thousands of guests have utilized the facility, nestled in a grove of oak trees, since it opened in 1952.
The facility has outdoor grills, horseshoe pits, a playground, two indoor fireplaces and complete indoor kitchen and food preparation area.
The Pavilion is open to the general public and is available 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. from May 1 through mid-October and may be booked for all-day, morning or afternoon rentals. The pavilion and picnic grounds are tobacco and alcohol free.
